Since then he has made extensive studies of museum collections containing Tsimshian art. Terry was in charge of constructing a full-scale bighouse as part of a permanent exhibit in the National Museum of Civilization in Ottawa, Ontario. A replica of this house stands in the village of Lax Kwalaam’s (Fort Simpson) where Terry grew up. His work is in private and corporate collections throughout North America.
