Description by Artist:     ‘Come, My Baby’  – Lipa’s daughter, Malaya, was born in their camp. Weather conditions prevented the plane from landing to take his wife to the hospital for the birth.  Lipa received instructions over the radio from a doctor and helped Annie deliver the baby.  “I used to think about the birth long before you were due. I don’t know why but I seemed to know in advance I would be doing this. I used to tell you that I’d probably be taking care of you when you went into labour, although I didn’t at the time, I just felt like I knew from the beginning that I would be delivering the baby. My wife seemed different because I took care of it personally, you know when do the job yourself there is a difference there.  I was so thrilled about her and felt a lot of love towards her.”
