Notes from DaVic Gallery:   This endearing design shares with the viewer a very simple intimate family moment where both people depicted share a big laugh after one of them apparently fell out of bed.  Compared to Sheojuk’s other designs this seems to be the more elaborate adding many details in each of the people and objects surrounding the event, for example we can see both people wear fur coat and of them wears boots and gloves.  It is possible the person that fell of the bed is a child and it is beautiful to see the level of abstraction seeing the one man with triangular head, with such big build and stick legs that fit in the heavy boots.  The other side of the bed could be an animal such as a puppy perhaps. Too abstract to identify.  This must have been a big memorable event Sheojuk wanted to share making this such a large scale but low edition print.

This design is signed and is commissioned by Feheley Fine Arts in 1999.
