Notes from DaVic Gallery:    Tim Pitsiulak released a number of drawings of extraordinary composition incorporating the minimal appearance of a GoPro HERO 4 device and naming this collection after the well-known video recording device.  The size of these drawings are monumental with this particular drawing measuring an imposing 92” tall by 47” wide that would display amazingly on any office, hospitality area or at home.  Sure to attract attention and generate conversation.  Reference picture #9 for size reference side by side with my brave assistant.  Please pay no mind to the unsophisticated photo setup.

One of Tim’s last creations on the same year that he passed, here we see three playful and agile ringed seals swimming down near the HERO 4 device perhaps feeding or perhaps curious of the device.  So much attention to detail Tim is well known for.  The hardly noticeable device shows us that well received and highly anticipated advances in technology will little by little encroach even into hidden and remote areas of the world. Hardly an exaggeration.

He says, “I’m an artist, I’m a hunter and I’m a man of the 21st century so I have my GoPro…”
