Notes from DaVic Gallery:   Beautiful, tranquil and safely symmetrical composition of a group of gulls flying during the night illuminated only by the moon and guided by their natural senses.  Despite its simplicity, this is a perfect display of Ning`s technical abilities with the use of negative space to define the main objects, the birds and where what is perceived as background is drawn using coloured pencil.
