Notes from DaVic Gallery: Lucy Qinnuayuak was prolific and drew many different subjects, but surely it is for her whimsical birds that she is best remembered. This is one gorgeous and very active and energetic baby owl extending his wings while looking up. Such simple and yet beautiful and hypnotic, form. It was not easy to source this beautiful and desirable print and it was very happy moment when I finally found this one in such good condition.
