Notes from DaVic Gallery:    What is recognizable in this print is the boldness of colours and strange but consistent use of patterns that Saimaiyu uses in her works that become her signature style now.    Saimaiyu does not stop taking risks with such bold style of bold colours in the middle of a framed shade.  Another bold statement Saimaiyu makes with this print this time requiring small footprint requirements that the framed area gives it big presence.   Lovely!  Nonetheless the technicalities, this bear looks well fed and seems to have detected a new scent in the air …
