Notes from DaVic Gallery:   I’ve had this drawing here for couple weeks now working on it before posting it on my gallery website and it is now as I study it so I can write about it that I notice a possible perspective of the artist is that Ooloosie might be on a boat heading away from the land and into the sea.  Yes indeed we can see the waves in broken shape just a motor boat leave behind.  It is clearly a rainy day and the sea is very active, perhaps navigating the sea on rough waves.  Dark clouds travel cloudy day.  The fact that is raining and mountain is clear of snow while the ground is snow-covered still indicates this might be early summer season.

A I look the few pieces I have in my collection by Ooloosie I can now generalize the genius in Ooolosie’s compositions capturing so much activity and movement with so little use of resources.

I have to admit I failed to capture the true colours of the sea with the photo editing tools that I use.  After hours of work, this is the result I manage to achieve.  I can assure you the true colours are even more brilliant and far more beautiful that this picture may represent.  You will definitely be glad and proud to own such beautiful drawing.
