Notes from DaVic Gallery:   William Noah released a number of works of x-ray vision to the bone. Noah depicts the vision of a shaman occupied in the activity of cutting ice for building an igloo.  Powerful shamans from their apprenticeship learn to deprive themselves of flesh and blood so that only their bones remain to fly through the air as skeletons.
