Description

‘Three Birds’ by Lucy Qinnuayuak – Inuit Art – Cape Dorset 1968 print collection presented by DaVic Gallery of Native Canadian Arts.

Description by Artist:     No description by artist available.

Notes from DaVic Gallery:     Lucy Qinnuayuak was prolific and drew many different subjects, but surely it is for her whimsical birds that she is best remembered. Three friendly birds, two seemingly getting acquainted while a third is just landing near them.  Each bird of different color and the bird in the middle taking center stage.  Entire image design is nicely balanced.

Reference picture # 3 for comparison with letter size paper.
