Returns and Exchange Policy:  If not handled properly, graphic art can be easily damaged, affecting its resale value. The value of a painting or a print is depreciated by the severity of any damage, such as stains, folds, creases, dimples, etc., it sustains. To assist you in making the right purchase decision, we provide detailed information about each piece of art with full disclosures and transparency about its condition and any repairs done. That includes higher than is customary picture quality so you can see as clearly as possible the condition of each piece.

To prevent cases where we would have to resell items potentially damaged by a purchaser and then returned to us, we have a NO RETURNS AND NO EXCHANGE policy once the product is shipped to its destination and opened by the buyer.

Partial refunds You may receive a partial refund on deposits or layaways, but once the product is shipped out to your designated destination and opened, no return will be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Lost or damaged product refund policy:  DaVic Art Gallery makes the effort to make transparent any product conditions noted about any product on the respective product page. If a product is lost during delivery or the product is received clearly damaged during its delivery, please contact us immediately. All shipments are insured, and DaVic Art Gallery will follow due process with the shipping company to collect insurance and then proceed to refund the amount to the customer.

Non-authentic art return policy:  We offer a longer than average one-month return policy for products purchased from DaVic Art Gallery that are proven beyond reasonable doubt to be non-authentic. In the unlikely case that the art you purchased from us is proven to be non-authentic, contact us within one month of the purchase for a full refund.

Unopened product return and refund policy:  If for any reason a product is returned to DaVic Art Gallery unopened and undamaged, the customer has two options:

  1. DaVic Art Gallery may resend the product back to the customer at customer’s request with the shipping costs charged to the customer, plus first return costs.
  2. The customer may cancel the purchase.  The following amounts will be deducted from the purchase amount:
    • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
    • The cost of shipping incurred will be deducted from the refund.  The shipping charges deducted from the refund include the cost for the initial shipping of the product and the cost of returning the product.
