Description by Artist: ‘A New Season‘ – The frog has many supernatural gifts and strengths. Many medicine men used frogs for many reasons. Every season there are new frogs brought into the world. This frog is a reminder that every year is a new one filled with many gifts for us. And that time goes on, reminding us to let go of things in our past and accept gifts that are brought to us.

Notes from DaVic Gallery: This limited edition silkscreen prints titled “A New Season” by Rande Cook was published in 2003. It was hand produced by the screenprinting process. It was the only limited edition printing of these designs. The artist was involved in the printmaking, checking the stencils and signing each copy in the editions.
