Description

‘Innakatsik, Anguhadluq, Kavik’ by Luke Anguhadluq – Inuit Art – Baker Lake 1981 print collection presented by DaVic Gallery of Native Canadian Arts.

Condition:          Very Good condition – it is worth noting that this paper seems includes two sheets stuck together when laid so this print appears thicker than usual for a Japanese kozo type paper. Also, the paper was pulled unevenly with the right side being ½” longer than the left side.

Description by Artist:     No description by artist found.

Notes from DaVic Gallery:    I suppose this could well be referring to Matthew Innakatsik, Luke Anguhadluq and John Kavik, which makes this simple but significant composition the more significant.  Interesting to see how Luke differentiates himself in the middle and of different color clothing than that of Innakatsik and Kavik.

Reference picture # 5 for size comparison with letter size paper.
