Notes from DaVic Gallery:    Once again we see Cee playing with colours with intensity.  In this print we see again Cee calling out on his swimming friends from his 2015 print “School of Fish”.   A school of 10 fish swim around in the protection of kelp where most likely other marine species swim about for protection or looking for prey to eat…  it is interesting to see that as opposed to his other print in this collection, “Surfacing Bear”, fish are all of the same type and colour.  The imaginary horizontal lines the fish swim on as well as their dull colour, creates a marvelous balance with the physical vertical and bright green kelps.
