Notes from DaVic Gallery:   Tulugaq or raven, is hero in many of Inuit stories such as how the raven brings light to earth, or the story of raven paints the owl.  Here we see Tulugaq perhaps taking a break from one of his many adventures ruffling his feathers. Seeing them float around him.  Beautiful drawing.
