‘Wisdom‘ by First Nations Ojibwe artist James Simon Mishibinijima – Original Woodland Art style painting presented by DaVic Gallery of Native Canadian Arts
Condition: No condition to report.
Description by Artist: “When talking to another person, speak from your heart and not from your mind. The heart always speaks the truth.” — James Simon Mishibinijima
Notes from DaVic Gallery: Wisdom is not a selfish act of accumulation of knowledge. This creates arrogance and inflates ego. Wisdom creates humility in the realization that we are all equal and the knowledge we have is and will always be insignificant to the knowledge that is available. “The only thing I know, is that I know nothing” wise man answers. That person that boasts and yells to everyone of his knowledge and level of spirituality is proud with gratified ego for his/her accumulation of knowledge as possession and the blind will listen, be amazed and follow.
